Bison Burgers

  • Ground Bison meat
  • Potato buns
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • White Onion
  • Peter Lugar Steak Sauce
  • Adobo
  • Garlic Powder


  1. Mix meat, diced onion, adobo and garlic powder and let sit over night

  2. Form into patties and broil in the Breville until desired doneness is reached

  3. Toast buns and melt cheddar cheese on the top

  4. Put burger on lower bun and place onion slice and sauce before completing the sandwich
