Gorgonzola Cheese & Lychee Dip

Serve as dip, use as a dressing or a as a sauce for poultry.

  • 2 oz of Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • optional: 1/4 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 4 ounces of diced Lychee


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl

  2. Serve or refrigerate until ready to use
