Ingredients

• 1/2 stick Butter
• 1 small can Pet milk
• 1 1/4 C sugar
• 3 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 tsp espresso pwdr, opt. (can use something like Starbucks Via instant)

Directions

1. Melt butter in pan; remove from heat.

2. Stir in sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla and Pet milk.

3. Add eggs and blend together. Do not use electric mixer.

4. Pour into 8 in unbaked pie shell. Bake @ 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake for 20-25 minutes.
