  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 3 tbsp Pimentos, jarred
  • 5 dashes Crystal hot sauce dashes Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Tapioca or arrowroot starch
  • 1 tbsp Butter or olive oil
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 5 oz Greek yogurt, plain
  • 8 oz Havarti cheese
  • ⅓ cup each Cajun trinity (onions, green bell peppers, and celery)
