Ingredients

  • Mint, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut, onion, Basmati rice

Directions

  1. Soak and cook basmati rice separately with salt, oil and jeera if needed.

  2. Grind coconut,ginger, garlic, mint and coriander leaves.

  3. Fry in oil and butter soombu,bay leaves,pattai,kirambu,yelaikai, star seed and lengthy cut onion.

  4. Add the grounded mixture to the above and fry for a while.

  5. Mix the cooked rice and the fried mixture.
