Peanut Butter Energy Balls

  • 1 3/4 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3/4 cups natural peanut butter
  • Chia or Flax if desired


  1. Knead together ingredients

  2. spoon into small balls (less than golf ball size) and eat when ready
