White Chocolate, Macadamia & Craisin Cookies

I took my original Toll House Cookie recipe and switched up some ingredients. Husband approved!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter/or Land 'O Lakes Margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped craisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  3. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

  4. Beat in eggs.

  5. Gradually add flour mixture.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and craisins.

  7. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. I used a “cookie scooper” thing and parchment paper on my cookie sheet.

  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

  9. Makes 4 dozen’ish.
