Salsa Baked Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz. each) logs goat cheese, plain
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) Pace Chunky Medium Salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. green bell pepper, finely diced
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly combine the cheeses and nuts in a bowl, then form mixture into a 6" diameter disk in the center of a 10" round shallow baking dish.

  2. Spoon salsa over and around the cheese mixture and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with diced pepper and serve with tortilla chips.

  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
