Southern Mocha Punch

Easily double this but not the sugar. It is titled ‘Southern Coffee Punch’ on allrecipes.com
You can sub in place of vanilla ice cream: salted caramel, chocolate mint, coffee flavor or another chocolate ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar instant coffee granules (such as NescafeĀ®)
  • 1 gallon 2% milk
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (or Salted Caramel!)
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil, remove from heat and add sugar and instant coffee; stir to dissolve.

  2. Cool solution in refrigerator, 30 minutes to overnight.

  3. Pour coffee mixture into a punch bowl; add milk, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate ice cream. Stir until ice cream begins to melt.
