GAPS MeatLoaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 -1/2 cup tomato sauce or favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. eat oven to 350.

  2. Mix beef, pork, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, and cheese, tomato sauce, and oats in a large bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined.

  3. Put in a square loaf pan. Top with extra tomato sauce

  4. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
