Aunt Maco’s Cottage Cheese Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 3-oz pkg lemon jello
  • 1 3-oz pkg lime jello
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 1 16-oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello into 2 cups hot water.

  2. Add mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and pineapple and nuts.

  3. Pour in pan and refrigerate.

  4. This sets up fast.
