Garlic-Thyme Clover Rolls

(from castro15’s recipe box)

Categories: Pizza/flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and divided
  • Master Dough (see recipe)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Melted butter, to serve

Directions

  1. Grease 7 wells of a cast-iron mini cake pan with 2 tbsp. melted butter. Divide Master Dough into 21 balls.

  2. In a small bowl, combine thyme, garlic and remaining 1/4 cup melted butter. Dip dough balls in butter mixture; dredge in cheese. Place 3 balls in each prepared well.

  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 25 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 350. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes, loosely covering with foil to prevent excess browning. Brush with melted butter.
