Chicken Broccoli Rice Bake

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 12 oz fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1-1/4 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA


  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli and onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese. Cover.
  4. Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
