Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup olive-oil based mayo (Primal Kitchen)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon mixture of dried onion powder, garlic, parsley, thyme and basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh chives (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a tight fitting jar and shake for twenty seconds. Season to taste
