Cultured Orange-Ginger Kefir Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Orange-Ginger Kefir Dressing
  • 4 slices Cultured Cinnamon Apples
  • 1 stalk Fermented Celery with Raisins, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, soaked and dried
  • 3 cups mixed greens

Directions

  1. Pour the dressing in the bottom of a widemouth mason jar.

  2. Working from the bottom up, layer the lapples, celery, feta cheese, and walnuts. Pack in the greens and seal the jar.

  3. Top with a lid and put it in the fridge for later, or shake vigorously to combine the dressing with the vegetables.
