  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Tigernut flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Grassfed gelatin
  • Liquids
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk or water
  • Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
