Jalapeño Popper Chicken Casserole with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup (or more, if desired) Chopped Jalapeños
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Additional 1/2 Cup Sliced Jalapeños
  • 1/2 Cup Real Bacon Pieces

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except shredded cheese, bacon and additional sliced jalapeños.

  3. Pour mixture into a 9×13 pan and top with 1 cup shredded cheese and bacon pieces.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown. (I broiled mine for a couple minutes at the end.)
