GAPS Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 1 pint organic heavy cream, raw or pasteurized
  • 1/4 c. organic whole milk yogurt

Directions

  1. If using raw cream, heat to 100-110 F

  2. If using pasteurized milk, heat milk to 180 F and then cool to 110 F.

  3. Add yogurt and mix well. Cap the jar and leave on the counter for a minimum of 24 hrs.

  4. Refrigerate
