Ingredients

  • 1 pastured egg yolk
  • 1/4 of an avocado,
  • 2 large granny smith apples, 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery.
  • 1/4 cup of raw or probiotic sour cream

Directions

  1. in a juicer, juice the apples, celery, and apples.

  2. Combine the juiced veggies & fruit with the avocado, egg yolk, sour cream in a blender and blend until well combined

  3. The batch makes about 1 and ½ glasses of juice
