GAPS Egg Drop Powerhouse

Ingredients
- 1-2 CUPS homemade chicken, beef, or fish stock
- Handful of spinach or other greens, optional
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated gingerroot, optional
- 1-2 whole pastured egg yolks
- 1 spoonful pastured lard, coconut oil, or ghee
- Sea salt
Directions

Bring the broth to a boil. Skim and discard the scum. Add the spinach or greens. Turn off the heat, press in a clove of garlic and the ginger, whisk in egg yolks.

Add a healthy fat of your choice and sea salt to taste.
