GAPS Soft boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Fill a saucepan three-quarters of the way with water and bring it to a boil. Throw in a pinch of salt to help prevent the shells from cracking. Using a large spoon or ladle, lower eggs slowly into the boiling water.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and allow the eggs to cook according to the following timetable.

  3. 7 minutes – slightly firm

  4. 12 minutes – hard-boiled
