GAPS Cream Cheese & Whey

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts organic plain yogurt
  • 1 nut bag

Directions

  1. Pour yogurt contents into the nut bag. Place it above container and allow to drain at room temperature for several hours. The whey will collect in the container and what’s left in the nut bag is the cream cheese

  2. When there is no more liquid coming out, put the cream cheese and whey in refrigerator.

  3. makes 5 cups of whey and 2 cups cream cheese.
