GAPS Pumpkin Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond, cashew, pecan nut butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin squash
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon animal fat
  • honey to put on top

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into a hot skillet greased with butter, ghee, or duck fat.

  2. Top with butter and honey
