Ingredients

  • 2 Pie crusts - top and bottom
  • Rhubarb
  • eggs
  • flour
  • salt
  • sugar

Directions

  1. 3 C. washed and diced rhubarb

  2. 3 or 4 T. Flour

  3. 2 eggs

  4. 1 1/2 C. sugar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 pie crusts – top and bottom
