Sincronizada de Jamon

Similar to a quesadilla, except with two flour tortillas which are “syncronized” instead of folded over

Ingredients
- 2 tortillas de harina
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 slice manchego cheese
Directions

Lightly toast the tortillas on a comal or a dry pan over med, about 1 min each side

add a slice of pepper jack to each tortilla

while the cheese is melting, lightly grill the ham alongside the tortillas in the comal

add the ham to each side, then put together with manchego in the middle

flip often, until manchego is melted

remove from heat, cut in half and serve immediately
