Chuck Roast and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs chuck roast with bone
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic or use garlic salt (1 teasp.)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 an onion cut-up
  • 3-4 carrots thickly sliced

Directions

  1. Marinate the roast the night before.

  2. Put the roast in a slow cooker with onions and carrots and cook on low for 7 hrs. or on high for 4 or 5 hrs.
