Crispy Buffalo-Spiced Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Cutlets
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1/4 c panko
  • 7.2 g Franks red hot original seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 6 tblsp sour cream
  • 1.5 ounce blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 ounce chives minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees

  2. pat chicken dry with paper towels; season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place 1 TBSP butter in a shallow dish. Microwave until melted, 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in panko, Frank’s RedHot® Original Seasoning Blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Brush 1 packet sour cream onto tops of chicken in a thin layer. Working one piece at a time, dip brushed sides of chicken into panko mixture, pressing to adhere.

  6. Place coated sides up on a second, lightly oiled baking sheet.

  7. Bake 15-18 min

  8. Dressing – Blue cheese dressing, sour cream and chives mixed together and served on top of chicken
