Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4-pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon beef bullion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 3 tbsp worstershire sauce

Directions

  1. Throw it all in the crock pot and put it on low for 8 or high for 4
