Calico Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can white whole kernel corn - drained
  • 1 can bean sprouts - drained (rinse with cold water
  • 1 green pepper - diced
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 3 large carrots - grated
  • 2 cups celery - diced
  • 1 small jar pimento - drained
  • 1 medium cauliflower - cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Dressing:
  • 4-6 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients until combined.

  2. Combine vegetables and cover with dressing. Make 3 days ahead. Stir once or twice per day.
