Francess’ Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 box Lemon cake mix
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 c. poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer.
  2. Fill pans 2/3 full and bake at 350 until done.
  3. Test with toothpick. Yields 2 large or 4 small loaves. Makes 3 nice size breads.
