Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb, diced
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, and salt.
  2. Pour over rhubarb. Mix. Put in pie shell.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes.
