Overnight Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. dry spaghetti seasoning
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • About 2 c. tomato juice

Directions

  1. Brown beef & onions. Add tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer this mixture a bit.
  2. Combine cottage cheese & mozzarella cheese.
  3. Lay lasagna noodles on the bottom of a well greased pan. Add a layer of meat, then cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Pour tomato juice over all so you can see juice on the sides.
  4. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
