Beer Batter (for eggplant or fish)

Ingredients

  • 1 can beer
  • Flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions

  1. Add flour and baking powder to beer to make a thick sauce.
  2. Fry in oil.
  3. Put in oven to keep warm. Salt before putting on table.
