Rhubarb Punch

Ingredients

  • 24 stalks rhubarb
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 box raspberry jello
  • 1 c. lemon juice (juice of 6 lemons)
  • 1 juice from large can of pineapple
  • 1 quart ginger ale

Directions

  1. Put stalks into pan. Add enough water to cook. Strain.
  2. In separate pan, bring to boil, 2 cups of sugar & water.
  3. Add the jello. Combine with rhubarb. Cool.
  4. Combine 1 cup lemon juice and pineapple juice. Cool.
  5. Just before serving, add 1 quart of ginger ale.
