Grandma Hadden’s Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Wash and pick over cranberries.
  2. Put water and cranberries in pan on stove and cook. When thoroughly broken, put in a sieve. Rub out skins. Return to pan with water they were cooked in.
  3. Add 2 cups sugar. Return to stove and bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Put out in dishes to cool.
