Overnight Lasagna

Cook time: 120 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. dry spaghetti seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • About 2 c. tomato juice

Directions

  1. Brown beef and onions. Add seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer this mixture a bit.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and lasagna noodles on the bottom of a well-greased pan.
  3. Add layer of meat, then cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
  4. Pour tomato juice over all so you can see juice on sides.
  5. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  6. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
