No Cook Marshmellow Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup (red label)
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Add salt to egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks.
  2. Gradually add sugar 1 tbsp. at a time – beating until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add Karo. Keep beating and add vanilla last.
