Pie Crust

Makes 4 crusts.

Ingredients

  • 3 d. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Crisco (rounded - don't level). Use butter-flavored Crisco.
  • 6 tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Take 1/2 c. flour out of the 3 cups and mix it with 6 tbsp. water to make paste.
  2. Cut Crisco into remaining flour. Add paste.
  3. Blend with fork.
