Pumpkin Pie made from Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 c. squash
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Bake at 450 for 15 mins. then at 300 for 55 mins.
