Jo’s Pecan Pie

Excellent.

Cook time: 60 minutes

Categories: Dessert - pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo - white or dark
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

  1. Mix everything together except pecans.
  2. Sprinkle pecans on top.
  3. Bake 1 hour in pie crust.
