Raspberry Bavarian Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 package raspberry Jello
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. thick cream
  • Graham crackers
  • Melted butter

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello in water.
  2. Boil yolks, sugar, and milk for 1 minute.
  3. Beat egg whites.
  4. Beat the cream.
  5. Mix all above together.
  6. Put into graham cracker crust (crushed graham crackers with melted butter). Add a bit of graham crackers crust on top.
  7. If you put it in a 9×12 pan you must double everything.
