Ham Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground ham
  • 1 lbs. ground pork
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. graham crackers
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. Combine ham, pork, and beef.
  2. Add evaporated milk, eggs, & graham crackers.
  3. Form into 1/2 c. balls.
  4. To make the sauce combine tomato sauce, sugar, and dry mustard.
  5. Place approximately 1 1/2 tbsp. sauce over each meatball while cooking. Bake until done.
