Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Mazola oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 box (3 cups) powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • Nuts

Directions

  1. Grease 2 pans for layer cake or one 9×13 pan.
  2. Bake at 325 for 45 mins. or until done.
  3. For frosting, cream oleo and cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add nuts on top.
