Stuffed Hard-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pickle relish
  • Mayo

Directions

  1. Boil eggs, cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks. Beat with butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, pickle relish, and mayo.
  3. Put in pastry bag to squeeze mixture into white of eggs.
  4. Put eggs on plate with parsley all around.
