Egg & Sausage Scramble

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread - cubed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 12 oz. pork sausage or smokies (cooked & cut in pieces)
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in greased casserole.
  2. Refrigerate 6 hrs. or overnight.
  3. Baked at 350 for 25 mins. or done.
