Velveeta Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
  • 1 jar (8 ounces) Pace Picante Sauce or salsa
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

  1. Microwave Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread and Pace Picante Sauce or salsa in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
  2. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers. Makes 3 cups.
  3. Conventional:
  4. In saucepan, stir together Velveeta and Pace Picante Sauce or salsa over low heat until Velveeta is melted. Stir in cilantro.
  5. Serve as directed. Prep time: 10 minutes.
