Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 c water
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and kneed thoroughly

  2. Let rest 10 minutes

  3. Separate into 4 balls

  4. Flatten and fry in oil until browned
