Elegant Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 8 medium-sized potatoes
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1 c. commercial sour cream
• 1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/4 c. grated onion
• 4 tbsp. butter

Directions

1. Cook potatoes in salted water. Drain and mash potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese, milk, salt, and onion.
2. Put in buttered casserole (9 × 13). Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
3. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to bake.
4. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
