Overnight Rolls II

I put the yeast in a little bit of warm water in a cup and a tsp. of sugar with it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 8 c. flour more or less

Directions

  1. Stir up at 5:00 p.m. Knead every hour.
  2. Shape into rolls at 10:00 p.m.
  3. ake in morning at 350.
