Jolly Rancher Jello Shots

Ingredients

  • 48 (2 oz) plastic soufflé cups with lids
  • 1 (3 oz) box Jolly Rancher watermelon flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) box Jolly Rancher green apple flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) box Jolly Rancher blue raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) box orange flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 6 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 cup Apple Pucker schnapps - chilled
  • 1 cup Watermelon Pucker schnapps - chilled
  • 4 cups vodka - chilled

Directions

  1. Place the plastic soufflé cups on a large cookie sheet and set aside.

  2. To make the watermelon jello, add the gelatin packet to a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Pour 1 cup boiling water on top and whisk until dissolved.

  4. Stir in 1 cup of chilled Watermelon Pucker.

  5. Pour into 8 plastic soufflé cups, filling up to the top of each one.

  6. Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  7. To make the green apple Jell-O, add the gelatin packet to a medium mixing bowl.

  8. Add 1 cup boiling water and whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

  9. Stir in 1 cup of chilled Apple Pucker schnapps.

  10. Pour into 8 plastic cups, filling up to the top. Chill overnight or for at least four hours.

  11. To make the blue raspberry gelatin and other flavors, add each gelatin packet to a separate mixing bowl.

  12. Pour in 1 cup boiling water on top and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.

  13. Stir in 1 cup chilled vodka. Pour the flavored gelatins into 8 plastic cups each.

  14. Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  15. ENJOY!!

  16. COOKS NOTE Instead of using vodka for some of the flavored gelatins, you can mix with watermelon or Apple Pucker schnapps to have a more sour jello. Have fun mixing and combining flavors!
